Rather than just lecturing to your teens (they get enough of that at home) at your gatherings, why not engage them more?  Jeremy Zach, an XP3 Orange Specialist, says it best in his article: "How many of our students remember our amazing youth group talks? Not many. How many will remember a deep conversation they had with an adult volunteer? Probably many more."
