A couple of other youth ministers and myself like to joke that you haven't been in ministry long enough until a teen tells you just how much they dislike you.  And while we do kid each other about it, it does happen and we have to be able to deal with it in one way or another.  Often times ministers are people-pleasers and to have someone that opposed to you can really derail your mindset and maybe even your ministry.
