We all love to be criticized, right?  Probably not.  But one thing you do know if you have been in ministry more than a month, you will be criticized at one point or another.  And you know what?  Sometimes that criticism is warranted and necessary.  So the question then becomes how to react to those times when you or your work is coming under fire.
